I’m Charudatta Warke, Founder & CEO of CodeServeTech Solutions in Pune. I build business systems and products, and I lead the company that ships them.
The story so far
From computer engineering to company building.
I started in computer engineering at Government Polytechnic, Jalgaon, where I completed my diploma between 2020 and 2023. Alongside the coursework I did a Java full-stack internship at Sofcon and served as Main Event Coordinator for SHIELD 6.0, a state-level technical competition run by the computer engineering department.
In Pune I went deep on the MERN stack at Felix IT System, where I completed its full-stack programme while working as a Full Stack Developer on an education portal for student information and inquiries. At Orion Express Logistics I worked on the company’s ERP web application with senior developers, on REST APIs, dynamic interfaces, fixes and backend improvements. It showed me how much an organisation depends on its internal systems, and that is the kind of software I have focused on since.
I am now pursuing a B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering (Artificial Intelligence) at Nutan College of Engineering & Research, where I was Technical Lead for AAGAAZ 2025.
In 2025 I founded CodeServeTech Solutions, a software engineering and product company in Pune. It builds custom systems for organisations and a small line of its own products, including MyEdou, Lead-Desk CRM, GymOrbit and Wordigo.
Founder perspective
Close enough to the code to build it. Close enough to the business to know what is worth building.
Leading a company as an engineer changes the questions I ask. Before how, I ask whether this is the problem worth solving. After it ships, I ask whether it still works for the people using it every day.
Why I build it
Many organisations still run on registers, spreadsheets and follow-ups over chat. Well-built software gives teams their time back and gives leaders a clear view of their operation.
How I approach technology
Proven foundations, simple architecture until scale demands more, and maintainability treated as a feature. New technology like AI gets adopted where it creates real leverage.
How I approach business problems
Workflow before features. I map how work moves today, where it breaks and what a better week looks like for the people doing it, and design the system around that.
How I work with teams
A written scope, a named architect, one shared backlog and demos instead of status meetings. That engagement model is how CodeServeTech works, and it reflects how I like to lead.
How I approach products
Pick a specific audience, ship a focused first version and let real usage set the roadmap. A product earns its next feature.
